Are Bailey and abby neutered and spayed? if not, its a good idea to get it done. You wouldn't want any puppies. even if bailey has never tried it yet with abby he may now that there is another male in the house. Since you can't neuter Walley i suggest getting a belly band for him. it wraps around his waist and you put a sanitary pad in there to absorb the pee when he marks. this is a training tool and furniture saver. Also you can correct him when he's about to mark. clap your hands and say no, or use a squirt bottle.
As for the humping, i think its just their way of working things out. bailey and abby are telling walley that this is THEIR house and they are in charge so he better stay in line. it may stop after a short while or it may get worse. hard to say.
