10 weeks is WAY too early to tell what kind of coat she will have. All puppies have that fluffy coat and some take longer than others to really come in. Just relax and enjoy. There are lots of advantages to both coat types too. Watch the roots of the hair and at some point you may see more of a sheen to it also when she gets a little older look at the eye flash color in pictures. Usually a silky coat will flash green, a cottony coat will flash orange.
