I find myself making wishlists for things I would buy for Kaji, and things I would buy if I had a girl dog.
Back when I had a job, every time I splurged for myself, it ended up being things Kaji could use.
Maybe you could to what I did and decide you're shopping for a cause. Every few weeks, go through all the stuff that you have for Jackson, decide what you really like and what you can live without. Take what is leftover and donate it to a shelter. I have lots of toys that I either bought, or was given, that Kaji doesn't even look at. They're all going to the shelter next week.
