In fact, this is what often happens:
1. USDA Inspector visits miller and gives some warnings/citations/violations during inspection
2. Deadline is established for "problems/issues" to be fixed by miller
3. Miller kills the dogs who the inspector notes as having the violations (instead of healing the dogs)
4. Inspector returns for follow-up, notes "problem" is no longer there, considers violations "FIXED"
5. Repeat a million times |
So true, so true. I have seen it with my own eyes. Disgusting. Makes me sick to my stomach. I don't know how they sleep at night.
