Nooooo!!! You are absolutely doing the right thing and what is necessary for a puppy that size and that age! What non yorkie people don't understand about this breed is that they can go down hill extremely fast because of their size (as it sounds like you have already seen!) they arent the kind of breed you can pet on the head once a day and let out to be outside the whole day and if you arent watching that closely you wont know the signs that he is in trouble! You love jax and want what's best for him and if they don't understand that then screw them!! So uncool to judge someone who loves a dog this much and is willing to do whatever it takes to care for him! In my opinion it takes a special kind of person to love a yorkie...they obviously don't get it but luckily you have cyber friends who absolutely get it and stand behind you 100%!! :-) |
