The OP needs to know what to look for and to understand what a good contract is. She needs to talk to her mom to see what mom wants...It certainly would be better if she knew what a good breeder is and then try to buy where her mother lives so mom can go see the puppies and the enviornment these puppies are raised in. thats all great advice but again..i have been successful on puppyfind..you cant base everyone on that site as unethical..
