The ones here cost $30/year, of which we have 4 of them located in our local parks. They are super large areas with access by a code only to members. There is a side for small dogs and an area for the large dogs with separate enterances. They furnish dog bags, and so much more. The city built them and keep them up, of which the costs we pay provide the upkeep.
