Since dog beaches are open for all size dogs, I would not take mine because they are tiny. Someone on here posted a video of a large dog attacking a tiny Yorkie and I've heard some horror stories from a friend of mine who lives in southern CA. about the high number of Pit Bulls running the dog beaches and attacking other dogs. If you take yours, keep them on leashes, but I'd try and find a more isolated beach to roam on.
