I just phoned and told him my new friends at Yorkie Talk suggested the dog's puppy teeth will need to be pulled and didn't say a work, he just hung up. Thanks to all of you. By the way, mom is 64, retired widow, recent double breast cancer survivor, home all day other than some volunteer work. They took out some lymph nodes on one side, so her one arm is a bit week but other than that she would make a great mom to a Yorkie. My sis and I are thinking an older Yorkie would be better so that's why I went to look at the 8 month old. |
You mom is at a great age...and I am so happy for her and her family she is a survivor...Okay where does your mom live? Maybe a retired breeders dog then it might already be housebroken...they really transition very well..or a rehome from someone who does have the time.
It really should be a slow process so you have a better chance of it working out...you are great asking the questions !!
