im glad you came here and asked the questions first..he was really trying to fool someone one...
and im sure the fedex over night sperm request would be costly..no telling what the vet charges to extract (im sure someone on here knows) and then the cost of fedexing it when ever he requested it would have been a pain the hiney for sure!!
