oh wow did not see all posts and that old one was march. I would take him in then but due to age this could be epilepsy as well as epilepsy usually creeps up about the age of 3 in dogs and due to being 4 this could be the case

I would have a full neurological exam if liver comes up ok before going to pheno or PB for epilepsy to make sure all basis were covered with a neurologist before using those drugs as they are strong.

Have them check the liver with bats but if it is liver shunt at that age then most likely multiples and cannot be repaired if multiples

Has he had any stones or uti issues?

Does this ever happen within 2 hrs of eating?

what percentage of protein are you feeding?
