I wasn't worried about them taking care of it. They are really super and customer service is great.
I figured they were probably out of the office at shows or something.

love the mink oil and gloss. I made the daily spray from their instruction sheet to use on both of mine, and for Bogie who has no shine, it only takes a pea size drop of the mink oil to make him super shiny and it is great on the mats too.
