Awww....poor Jazzy and you...thank God you were home though! And, glad to know she is going to be okay!

I know exactly what you went through, it's scary even if it is just for a few seconds and it does seem like an eternity while it's going on. One of my foster girls jumped up on the side of the ex-pen one day and got her paw stuck, where the sides of the ex-pen come together and are clipped. She yowled in pain, I couldn't get to her fast enough, had to pick her up, hold her weight to take the pressure off, while I got her paw free....she was physically fine, but both of us were shook up for awhile. We took down the ex-pen and trained both the girls to not chase the cat (that's why they were penned when they first came here). But, this taught me a lesson - these containment devices do have dangers you don't normally think about.
