Take her with you to the bathroom? Also, if she's climbing a pant leg to get up, there is a person in those pants that can correct her behavior. If you can't watch her like a hawk, don't leave her out of her pen. I have heard people put plexie glass on the sides of the pen so that little climbers can't climb and hurt themselves. She probably just misses her mom and litter mates and is looking for comfort. There is a stuffed animal that is like a hot water bottle and has a heartbeat. It is used to keep puppies company.
