My dogs have always been allowed on the furniture..I would not enjoy watching TV if they were laying on the floor..they are so small...I have a large ottoman at end of the bed for them to go up and down...but they do not sleep with us.
It is a matter of taste...you are always going to hear horror stories that make people leery of things...a friend had a Yorkie die from getting it;s neck broke under a rocker chair..another slipped on her bathroom tile and broke his leg...you can protect just so much, like with our kids... |
