I get that with Isabel, but almost opposite. She is a little tiny thing, short to the ground and she weighs in at almost 6 1/2 lbs. People can't believe she weighs that much, not to mention the fact that she is 7 yrs old ("She is!! So she won't grow any more?" Duh.) Now Moses is at about 5.5 lbs and he probably has 2 inches on height on Iz and is at least 3 inches longer. But, he doesn't feel thin and the vet says his weight is good since he has to bear all his weight on one front leg. People just don't know. Sometimes it is like a contest to see who has the smallest dog. I like the fact that Izzy is 6.5 lbs, she is good and sturdy - little short legs that won't break like Mosey's looong one did!
