I purchased a play pen at a garage sale and keep my puppy in that while i'm doing things around the house and can't watch her all the time. I leave it set up in the livingroom and she doesn't seem to cry that much i did have to say in the beginning several time NO. I also put things for her to play with in there. But i don't leave the same toys in there all the time she gets bored with them. Just like having a baby....
Like you i feel guilt because of a crate being so small and not having room to move around. While i'm gone to work i use the laundry room with the gate. |
