I think so, only they brag at how large their dogs are.
Gracie Ruth is only 4lbs and I get these types of comments all the time. I just say, I was waiting for her to grow more, but she was too busy with ruling the world to be bothered with growing.
Cause although her body has stopped growing her attitude certainly hasn't!
