Taylor is beautiful. I will keep your precious little niece in my prayers that the doctors will be able to find out what is going on with her heart and treat her successfully and that she makes a complete recovery. There are so many advances in medicine it is absolutely amazing what the medical community is able to do for these tiny little ones.
