Neutering alone is not going to stop a behavior. Neutering eliminates the hormones that drives the behavior, and it's not instant either. It takes weeks for the testosterone to be out of there system. After that's gone, the behavior remains like a bad habit. You
teach them it's not ok. They don't figure it out on their own unless you tell them.
