OH, sorry I think you are confused or either I didn't explain. This isn't all she'll be getting, I'm just testing out wet food. I've already discussed this with my vet. He told me to see what works best for her as far as portions go and that is really why I asked my question.
I still have a kibble, I am just slowly introducing something wet/homemade to see how she does. I am fully aware of the long term consequences regarding not getting enough nutrition, I have already got a few recipes. My vet suggested to try something bland to ease her into home cooked food. I have 2 real kids, and my yorkie is like one of them, therefore I'd never do something that I wasn't fully knowledgeable on. |
