 Groom-a-phobic yorkie
I have a serious issue with my little Trixie Leigh! When she was about 8 months old I took her to a reputable pet store with "supposedly" a great grooming staff...Her appt was at 11am and by 3pm still no word, so I contacted the store and they were very short and just said they weren't done yet...So I did what any concerned mother would do...I went up there...only to find out that somehow or another they cut the pad on her foot...I had to pay 60.00 for the grooming experience and then take her to the e-vet and she had to have 2 stitches in her little foot....needless to say she is absolutley petrified when she goes to any groomer, trust me I have tried just about everyone in northeast louisiana....I can brush her coat, and her teeth and give her baths, but you break out the scissors or electric razor and she flips out....I've even tried giving her "ACE" its like a puppy nerve pill and it doesn't phase her...Any help would be great?!!? |
