mostly. She is about 95%. I travel a great deal and plan to take her w/ me, so pads are great for hotels and airports, but at home I would really love her to go outside. She is going to be about 8 lbs and IMO, that is pretty big for indoor poops. I wou;d ;ove to have both, indoor and outdoor but I know that is the impossible dream. If I have to choose, I prefer outdoors, but am clueless on how to switch. Any help form someone who has actually done it (is it possible???
