yep I shouldn't of taken Mindy, and I wouldn't have if I had known she was like this. Get Miko to pay for airfare or whatever? Ya right, like that is going to happen..Don't forget this guy lied to us about Mindy so we would take her.
Just because I breed sometimes doesn't mean I have any extra money. We have already put a lot of time and money into Mindy. I cannot do it any more. Do I pay my 400.00 power bill or ship Mindy? hmm gee 
Why wont this rescue take her now? Did they not know she attacks other dogs and people? That is the same rescue I contacted before on my own who ignored my pleas for help...
I am too stressed an upset to write any more so I am signing off and taking a break for a few days.. |

Then you started this thread on Monday 5/24 @ 8:38 pm and didn't come back and update until the following day Tuesday @ 3;25 pm. You DID NOT mention anything about lawsuits and ER visit or anything of the sort until post # 22 almost 24 hours later.
I linked all of your posts previously for the rescue to read. Here is the email that I sent her:

Let me send you a link to all of the information that she has posted over the past 2 months so that you can get a better idea of what has been going on with this dog. Personally, I think it is the enviornment that she is in that is causing the issues more then anything. She is in a house that is full of animals and breeding females, puppies, kids, male friends coming and going, just too much activity for what this dog is capable of being exposed to. On Monday 5/24 at 10:36 pm I got an email agreeing to take her.
YOU POSTED the following day that she had bit an 18 your old and about animal control and lawsuits. You cannot turn this around on me and say otherwise. It's all here in black and white.
At this point there is nothing more that I can do to help. Your story is ever changing and I am thousands of miles away. I hope that YorkieMother is able to help you and get this dog into a rescue. This entire thing is nothing but a huge mess and a poor dog is tangled up within it.
