Ask your vet. Mine sent me home with a list of instructions.
Like:
-No bath for 2 weeks
-No long walks for 2 weeks
-No jumping for 2 weeks.
-Give him pain meds at whatever interval she said (sorry I can't remember)

She will be groogy if she was spayed today, she's still under the effects of the anesthesia. Keep her calm for a while. What my vet said may not apply to you since yours is a girl and a spay is much more invasive than a neuter.
Don't worry, they bounce back quickly.

I forgot to add, do you have a cone thingy to keep her from licking her stitches? Some don't bother their stitches, for others stitches drive them crazy. Keep her from licking or pulling down there, she could hurt herself.
