I'm not sure but where I'm from temps get into the 100's easily this summer. I'm sure the general rule of thumb applies...excessive panting etc...means pup is getting overheated. Around here, outside dogs get ice blocks in the morning and industrial shop fans at their pens. Some even get baby wading pools
