Frankly I see black mail I need money or I turn you non blood drawing yorkie that nipped me into the feds..blah blah blah.
I still think your best course of action is Terry Ryan. You need an assesment of why the bite happened and if the says assesment that the kids caused the bite then they can suck wind.
There is no Law suit there is not action in motion get the dog to disappear.
what about the big rescue in Best Freinds the one on TV they take every thing even biters that have no place to go and they will come get them.
