Jonah also had up/down ear problem, his breeder recommended that I sprinkle a little cheese on his food once a day, in order to increase the calcium in his diet. This helps to correct for any calcium deficiency, as both his bones and teeth are using calcium for development leaving less for the cartilage in the ears. This did work, I think, they did go back up and stayed, but there is no way to know if it could have happened without cheese!
