Ohh this is ok! Bella was 15 or 16 weeks old when her one ear went down. What someone else told me when I was worried about her ear going down is this:
When the babies start to teeth, the body takes some of the cartilidge matter from the ears for the new teeth. So sometimes as a result you might have one or two ears flop. Its totally normal and I don't think you need to tape the little one's ears ... give it a week or 2 and they should be back up!
