I know what ya mean. I had to start over with my breeding program. I bred to good sires but the bitch I had was a pet. But I have since started over and learned quickly it's best to start out with the best of the best and that is attending dog shows, meeting breeder/exhibitors and research way before getting into breeding. Didn't take me long to turn my program around because I learn quickly.
Always know the pedigrees and lines and research until you know everything frontwards and backwards and always breed to the best of the breed standard as possible and of course with "HEALTH" being of the "UTMOST" of importance!!!!
