hi there - it's possible (ringworm - your vet will need to tell you that) but also....when we have bows in their hair it's good to give the hair a break especially with a puppy - it matts easily because they don't have their adult coat in

also - just in case - the bow wasn't too tight was it ? I'm always careful with my 2 and make sure there's leeway when doing their topknots - not too loose - not too tight

I hope she'll be ok ! I'd def keep an antibiotic cream on her until you get in to see your vet and wait until everything heals before doing any bows
