I hold Joey's chin hair, and lift the side of his mouth with my other hand and spay with that hand. It would work better if I had three hands!
Leba III contains:
Distilled water, Ethyl alcohol 25%, Lamiaceae and Rosaceae in trace elements.

I use Petzlife, its used the same way, and it contains:
Grapefruit seed extract, Grape seed extract, Thyme oil, Neem oil, Rosemary oil, and Peppermint oil. These are all specially formulated with distilled water and grain alcohol.
