You have to remember that you are not replacing Katie, and you will never forget her, but you are opening your heart and home to another pup that you will love and cherish, just as much as you did Katie. Only you can know if you are ready for that. The new girl could be a big help in healing your pain of the loss of Katie, but if she does nothing but remind you of her, it probably is not the time yet. |
