The Cameroon, Africa is definately a scammer...they are out there big time and many people are falling victim to them.
I would like to start off by saying that a "teacup" is not a term that is used here. Yorkies come in all sizes ...from tiny little 2 pounders to bigger 10-15 pounders. The smaller you get in size the bigger issues you may run into generally speaking. There are exceptions to that rule. The tiny ones have to have round the clock care, so if you cannot be with the baby ALL the time you must have someone to care for them. You have to be able to get up at all hours to make sure the pup has eaten. Alot of heartache in the making.
Most reputable breeders would not ship a baby that was going to be that tiny.

Have you ever owned a small breed dog?
Do you have children?
How small are you looking for?
What is your income?
How much do you think it costs to own a toy breed dog?

These are just a few questions that a reputable breeder would ask and a person to person is the best way. Please check into the breeder and make sure you check here first once you find a breeder. There are many brokers/puppy mills/ BYB that will sell you a tiny baby that has Liver shunt issues (hence being so tiny) and will end in alot of money in vet bills for you.

This is all being said in hopes for you to make an informed decision about a healthy pup instead of a tiny sickly one.
