Yes they are selling puppy mill dogs. If you Google "Queen's Yorkie Palace" you can read the very sad letters from unsuspecting buyers who now own dogs with major health problems.
I can't proceed with any action, BBB or otherwise, until I find out where they have moved to. They are still in the state I'm pretty sure.
