hi has any one given up smoking , i have not smoked for 3 days now, which is totally amazing for me! i never thought i cud do it, until i seen the new electric cigarette, i bought one and find it amazing, i also use a patch as well , the price off cigs now is terrible, and i not gettin any younger lol i get the off times so i just come on to yt and it helps
