If the parents are both 7 pounds and over you will have a greater chance of a large puppy. If one parent is in the 7 pound range and the other much smaller- they are trying to bring the size down on the puppies. With this litter look for the puppy that has the smallest build bone structre- not heavy bone structure or course features.
Best bet find a litter where both mom and dad are the size that you are looking for- you will have a greater chance or getting the the Carry-ME that you are wanting. |
