Have you contacted United Yorkie Rescue? If they could take her, I will figure out a way to help get her to them. I know that they used to have a foster home in TN that worked with problem pups.
Our group would take her except that the only homes that could deal with Mindy's issues are full at this time.

Like I said~I need to know who she contacted! There are several in the WA area that specialize in dogs with issues like this and work with trainers but I need to know who it is that she has already contacted!!!!!
