Do you look and act exactly like your mother...few of us do..same with dogs.
You could repair the hernia and breed her before 3 yrs and if there are any pups with hernia's you can repair those also, all in the hopes of getting a puppy exactly like your female...chances are slim. Why not save yourself and your female all the trouble and worry of a litter and buy a nice puppy?
