Maddie is a very beautiful shihtzu and very smart she is 1 1/2 yrs old and has an imbilical hernia I have her an appointment to spay on wed. The issue is I always thought I would breed her when she was 5 so I could have one baby from her but lasvegas law say pets must be spayed at 4 months new law. I agree to many stupid owners cause big problems and not sure what the complications with imbilical hernia can cause. I repeat my reasons to breed is for only one puppy so Im not sure its the right thing to do I could get a breeders license if need be but Im more concerned about my maddie any opinions feel free to say whatever Im thick skinned.
