wow does not sound good - do you have dermatologists there? If this was my dog i would go to dermatologist.
What shampoo are you using?
what food are you feeding?
Are you using a topical flea treatment?
Sounds like something you are putting on skin could have burned her like a topical flea treatment - just guessing here as never saw this before
Is she laying out in the sun alot? Dogs skin can get sunburned like ours
