I have absolutely no advice but am just shocked by those pictures! What does the vet say he thinks is wrong with her? Could it be a thyroid problem? Was she spayed after shattering her pelvis during the birth of her puppies? What about the male Pom was he neutered? Obviously they should never have been allowed to mate in the first place if he was that much larger then Diamond. I want to cry.
