Fleas - bathe him before he enters your home. $ - offer her what you think fair, and tell her if she can't find a home then to give you a call....that's what I would do - when I look into Mr. Darcy's or Lizzie's eyes - I couldn't imagine someone looking into the eyes of a dog they have and not want to do the best they can for it - so it is happy and not unhealthy....
