Some people who cut people's hair do the same thing!!!! Can't tell you how many times I have had my hair cut "too short."
I think this has happened to all of us. If the same groomer continues to do it, you'll have to try another groomer.

They aren't groomers! It's a vet's office. There is no groomer on site. They just do it themselves.
