If it were me , I would rescue this poor little yorkie , I'd look at it that way. AND offer her $250, max , since he just got fixed I'd pay for that and the rest of it as a small rehoming fee .
Everybody knows that yorkies are expensive , no matter what . SO the woman probably is thinking she can make a profit just because he is a yorkie . Even though he is not up to standard , yorkie;s are the most popular breed in the U.S
The problems he has can be dealt with , as long as he is medically healthy , then he ought to turn out to be a wonderful dog. Fleas are the number one big issue here , because they can cause a whole host of issues .
I hope he can find a wonderful , loving home soon . He really deserves a nice home and to be loved .
