We hope its not the problem either but we also ordered clothing off ebay and the sender sent it usps with tracking number and the post office sent it to the wrong state LOL dang postal people but it only took a couple extra days to get it and they noticed they messed up maybe thats the case and ur SB will get it in a couple of days does it say weather or not it was delivered and where at
