My dog had an addisons crisis about 3 years ago. It started with her not eating. I thought she was being a yorkie and being picky, but then I noticed she would barely even eat people foods that she loved. She lost weight and was lethargic and depressed. Started vomitting. Had to spend a week in the vet hospital and the very last thing they tested for was addisons which turned out to be what she had.
What I do know is if it is addisons and it goes untreated, it is very life threatening.
I would definately encourage you to at least ask your vet about it. Good luck, I know how awful it is to have a sick baby.
