I hope she's not holding out for more money because she wants to make a buck. If she's serious about rehoming the puppy you think she would have jumped at the opportunity.
If you do get him, I would ask her to take him to the vets (you can meet her there) and get him flea dipped and checked right away (with you paying, of course). No sense you bringing a dog with fleas in to your car, clothes and home. |
