She has lost 1 1/2 pounds, she was a 5 1/2 pd yorkie, before she got sick. Yes we have tried boiled chicken & rice. So did the Vet.. She was hospitalized for 5 days with him. They said she was eating kibble, so we picked her up. She did not eat though. We have kept her alive so far by feeding Chicken & Gravy Baby Food and Pedilite. She has also received Blood work twice and stool test. Have taken her to the Vet alot and called and spoke with him daily almost. Friday we got an IV Fluid so we can also keep her hydrated that way for now and another B12 shot. He tells us to keep feeding her she will come around. He said she has had a virus. |
