Yes, you can find the salt supplement at the grocery store. I have a litter of seven right now that are almost 6 weeks old. In the beginning I just used the glucose supplement on the 3 tiniest ones and I used a syringe to give the goats milk. My momma is 8 lbs and she had lots of milk so after 4 or 5 day all the pups were gaining nicely and I did not need to supplement them. I just concentrated on making sure mom had plenty to eat. Pups usually lose a little right after they are born but after that they should gain a little each day. Are all the pups latching on now?
